Here's how to apply:
Step 1
Read the basics.
Application fee is $41 per adult. Anyone 18 or older who will be living in the rental home must apply.
All applicants must submit with the application a copy of their credit report. You can obtain a copy of your credit report at AnnualCreditReport.com
Already have your report? As long as it is less than forty days old, we will accept it.
Good rental history is required.
Employment verification is required.
Sorry, we do not accept Section 8 at any of our units.
We do not accept cash or checks, ever.
At lease signing, you will need first month's rent plus security deposit. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
Pets are not allowed at any rental property.
All rental properties are inspected for maintenence issues approximately every six months. Tenent will recieve written notice a few days prior to the inspection. Tenent must allow access to the property.
Leases are one year, and renew automatically unless thirty days written notice is given by either party.

At lease signing:
The primary applicant will be required to show proof of identity.
You will be required to pay the $41 per adult application fee (money order only made payable to RE/Max Peninsula)
